Protest on October 19, 2010

The protest meeting at WU will take place on October 19 from 10:00am until 12:00 noon in the Festival Hall, and will be broadcast live to the main foyer.

For students, this means that classes will not be held on October 19, 2010, from 10:00am to 12:00 noon.

However, please note the following exceptions:

  • All mathematics classes in the introductory phase of the bachelor programs (track 1 and 2 courses) will take place as scheduled.
  • All exams scheduled for this time period will be held as planned.

Students registered for classes scheduled to take place on October 19, 2010 between 10:00am and 12:00 noon, will be informed by their your course instructor at some point in the next few days about how and when the class will be held. Please have a look into webmail and Learn@WU.

Students who would like to attend the protest, please come to the Festival Hall or the main foyer of the WU on October 19 at 10:00am.

All classes and exams scheduled to take place on October 19, 2010 outside of the period from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon will be held as planned. The service centers of the Vice-Rector for Academic Programs and Student Affairs office will be open as usual between 10:00 and 12:00.
