Known Item Search

When you know just what you’re looking for...

… Then a known item search is just what you need. You have a reading list or someone has recommended a particular book and now you’d like to know how to find it. To start, you need to know the work’s bibliographic data, and also what kind of publication it is. The most important pieces of bibliographic data for searching are the title of the book or journal and the name of the author or publisher of a book.
