Contents

This course focuses on core concepts and skills to understand and deal with organizational change. How and why does change happen in organizations? What does it take to participate in and intentionally influence organizational change? How do you approach and respond to change management?

Learning outcomes
  • Gain knowledge and confidence in your ability to understand and undertake organizational change.
  • Develop your rhetoric capacity for argumentation that is theory- and evidence-based.
Attendance requirements

Attendance is mandatory. A maximum of 20% of class time may be missed due to illness, accidents, etc. without penalty.
