• Influence of values, mindset and beliefs on perception & communication
• Basics of nine value levels based on Spiral Dynamics
• Your personal value levels and impact on communication, team work and organizational culture
• Impact of value level on brand identity and marketing
• 2 aspects of leading: leading myself and leading others
• Final team assignment presentation
• Learnings, reflexion, feedback
After completing this course, the students
• experienced and applied how values, mindset and beliefs influence thoughts, emotions and behavior
• worked with the nine levels of values in marketing and applied the findings in different marketing projects
• understand their own value level and impact on team members
• understand group dynamics and self-leadership
100% attendance is required (if the course or parts of it take place online, attendance is checked through camera on, it is obligatory during whole online time)

15%: Active participation in (online) class (either team or individual evaluation)
35%: Homeworks - individual evaluation
