This course introduces personalized leadership and communication as core capabilities for success in entrepreneurship and innovation. Rather than focusing on generic leadership models, the course emphasizes understanding oneself first: personal strengths, personality patterns, emotional drivers, and communication styles.
The main goal is to equip students with practical insights for leading and communicating in ways that are aligned with their individual profiles. Based on a personality test and a strengths assessment, students will learn how self-awareness, personality type, and individual strengths can shape leadership behavior and collaboration.
Throughout the course, students will explore how different personalities lead, communicate, and respond to pressure — and how to intentionally leverage their own strengths while managing blind spots. Interactive exercises and real-life scenarios help translate insight into action, enabling students to communicate with clarity and navigate interpersonal dynamics with confidence and empathy.
By the end of the course, students will have learned about:
- Strength-Based Leadership: Identify and apply personal strengths and personality assessments to lead authentically in entrepreneurial environments.
- Adaptive Communication: Tailor communication styles to different stakeholders to ensure clarity, persuasion, and professional presence.
- High-Impact Collaboration: Work effectively within diverse, interdisciplinary teams by understanding and leveraging various working styles.
- Emotional Intelligence: Navigate difficult conversations and complex decision-making with heightened emotional awareness, composure, and empathy. Resilient Presence: Build leadership resilience and self-awareness to maintain effectiveness under pressure.
