This course focuses on core concepts and capacities to understand and enact moral leadership in organizations and society. It introduces fundamentals of power and attention and delves into different moral approaches to leadership (“ethical”, “authentic”, and “servant”) and related practices for capacity-building.
Students will think critically and reflect personally about moral leadership in organizations and society.
Attendance is mandatory. A maximum of 20% of class time may be missed due to illness, accidents, etc. without penalty.

- Exam 40 points
- Reflections 20 points
- Poster presentation 10 points
Scale: 1 excellent (90-100 points), 2 good (80-89 points), 3 satisfactory (70-79 points), 4 sufficient (60-69 points), 5 fail (0-59 points).
