This project-based course explores the dynamic intersection of sport and international management by combining international managerial perspectives with the unique structures, cultures, and performance logics of sport organizations. Students will examine how managers operate within professional clubs, federations, event organizations, and sport-related businesses in a global environment. Through hands-on projects and real-world case studies, participants will analyze contemporary challenges in sport. The course emphasizes practical application, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving, enabling students to understand how management concepts translate into the context of sport.
