Contents

The course provides an understanding of current issues in nonprofit management from an organization studies and management perspective. Content is research-driven. Through a variety of interactive teaching methods, participants learn to theoretically explain the existence of the nonprofit sector, to assess the specifics of nonprofit organizations, and to apply selected management techniques to NPOs.
