•    Learned about methods for designing the project organisation, such as project organisation chart, communication structures
•    The knowledge and understanding of the overall project management process and its sub-processes project start, project controlling, project close-down
•    The understanding of the importance of symbolic project management
•    Applied the project management methods to a real project

Teaching and learning method(s)

o    Learning and applying project management planning methods: project objectives, objects of consideration, work break down structure, scheduling, cost/resource planning, environment analysis
o    Learning and applying design elements of project organisations: project organisation charts, project communication structures, project roles
o    Discussion of optimizations potentials in planning methods
o    Implementation of project management methods on real projects
o    Reflexion, Discussion, Feedback as important working forms

Criteria for successful completion

o Ongoing participation by the students is required (through this the team development process will be experienced and reflected)
o Homework in the middle and at the end of the lecture (each with 20% => 40%)
o Participation, group works, discussions throughout the lecture (30%)
o Written exam (30%)
