The lecture is organized as follows:
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the module, students should be able to understand the essential contents of supply chain controlling and their instruments. Further, students should achieve an understanding of the differences between a company related and an overall company controlling perspective and how it is captured through supply chain controlling. Moreover, practical knowledge for the implementation of supply chain controlling is gained.

Seminar-style class (lecture with discussion), literature reviews on special topics, calculation assignments to prepare and wrap-up
Assessment

Individual Level (50%):

  • Written Exam of 60 min. (50%)

Group Level (50%):

  • Two calculation assignments (30% in total)
    based on completeness and quality of content
  • One essay assignment about special topics with grouppresentation (20%) based on completeness, quality of content and group presentation in-class.
