Aims and objectives

c) To assess trends and influences on the use of global workforce in international assignments and virtual work groups.
Teaching/learning method(s)
The course includes three types of study processes. The exam requires students to learn information about several aspects of IHRM from the textbook. The individual take-home exams require students to read more widely, to think about issues and to critically evaluate contemporary ideas from a business and individual perspective. Class sessions provide an opportunity for input by the class teacher and for students to teach others, interact and so consolidate their learning about a wide range of aspects of IHRM.
