In the past 20 years, the opportunitiesoffered by entrepreneurship and the image it has within society has changed alot. Success stories like Google and Facebook together with a higher perceivedrisk of being employed at a large corporation attract an increasing number ofyoung people into entrepreneurship. Additionally, especially the web and mobilesector has been running counter-cyclic and provides great opportunities foranybody that can create a good product.
One of the most importantthings in entrepreneurship is to have the right mindset. It requires a lot ofdiscipline to be your own boss and you have to know that you are doing theright things. So how do you know what the right things are? You ask your(potential) customers as soon as possible. A large part of finding a successfulbusiness model, is to have fast iterations of creating an offering, interactingwith your customers, and using the feedback to improve the product offering.
This skill seminar will help students in choosing an idea to focus on,discussing this idea with potential customers, and coming up with an actualproduct to deliver. 3. CustomerDevelopment – Hands-on skills on how to choose a target group and how to get intouch with potential customers
