Learning outcomes

- Know and understand key elements of Human Resources Management in Global Corporations

- Get to know selected practical examples of HRM policies and instruments in global FMCG companies

- Understand major current and future challenges for IHRM

Teaching/learning method(s)
Based on a sound theoretical framework the focus of the course will be on today’s business practices in international FMCG companies. Active participation and extensive discussion of practical examples and cases are expected.

- Complete presence during the course is expected

Requirements:

-Basic knowledge of HR, Organization, and ( international) Management required
