Contents
Experiments are a crucial tool in the toolbox of many social scientists. In certain fields they have become the dominating research tool. This course aims to acquaint students with the practice of experimentation in both a practical and theoretical manner.
Learning outcomes

While the general method covered is of relevance to all students interested in experimentation, a special focus is put on the practice of experimentation in consumer research and related fields of the behavioral sciences.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

- know the principiples of experimentation

- be able to judge experimental research designs

- design experiments themselves

participation(10%)

presentation of a critical review of published experimental designs (40%)

experimental design project (50% - group project)
