Leaders can make the difference between success and failure.This course takes the students beyond the tools and techniques of business and makes them think about the broader challenges ahead of them as leaders in an ever-changing globalized world. The course combines cutting-edge research in international management, organizational behavior and social psychology in order to provide students with up-to-date examples and cases that link current research and theory to practical issues in the workplace. The course will give participants the chance to evaluate their own leadership style and develop a plan to improve it.

Teaching/learning method(s)
This is a highly interactive course that requires personal reflection and involvement in discussion of leadership challenges and dilemmas. Participants will be exposed to case-studies, videos, and articles that deal with various leadership behaviors and choices. We will also engage in a number of self-assessment and personal development exercises. A final group assignment will also be part of the repertoire of the teaching methods in this class.
