Learning outcomes

Students will acquire the ability to describe the main concepts Sustainble HRM, and become able to reflect critically on HRM issues linked to the triple bottom line. They will enhance their competence at scientific analysis by working on challenging course work.

Teaching/learning method(s)
This course has the character of a research workshop. Work is done interactively, in plenary sessions and in small groups.

Assessment

Students are graded on the basis of:
- Positive rating of the seminar paper (50%) and presentation (35%) (both of these are group work),
- Written course reflection (15%) (individual assessment)
