In six interactive sessions we deal with planning, development and implementation of strategic decisions in CEE markets. The core of the course revises the quintessential strategic concepts and analyzes the paths and challenges in executing corporate and business strategies in CEE countries while applying certain formal elements of project management. The key links among critical functional pillars are emphasized throughout the course and quite often relations to real life business situations are drawn.
