This business project offered by WU’s Energy & Strategy Think Tank provides students with the opportunity to work with two of Austria's leading corporations, OMV and Wien Energie.

This year’s focus is Business Model Innovation for the Energy Industry. Equipped with several state-of-the-art analysis and creativity tools, student teams will analyze innovative technologies, trends, and business models and carve out implications for the partners' business models.

Learning outcomes

Strategic, Innovation, & Creativity Management
- Analyze the implications of technological innovations for business models
- Use designing thinking to systemically develop ideas into business models
- Develop roadmaps for business model implementation
