As the world changes very rapidly, organization needs to adapt to survive. Adaptation requires good choices. Good choices are several times backed by data, however how do we make a choice that is sound and supported by data? In this course, my goal is to increase your ability to do so.

Therefore, in this class I will stimulate and guide you to define a theoretical question of your interest, and accompany you to all the phases needed to answer your question. In this course therefore I will use a trove of methods, from frontal teaching to case studies as well as flipped learning, to stimulate your curiosity and to support your scientific work.

To structure a written and oral report;

To deal with empirical data, from data collection to the data analysis;
