The course focuses on the following topics:

  • Internal and external HRM contexts
  • Personnel selection and appraisal
  • Motivation and incentives
Learning outcomes

Students learn the skills needed to implement theoretical concepts and models in organizational practice, recognize, structure, and efficiently solve typical HRM problems based on theoretical concepts, and to drive development processes in management and organizations.

Lecture, individual work, interactive activities (e.g. case studies, group projects)

Outside of class:
researching and analyzing relevant academic literature; paper writing
