Contents

In all other areas of life, particularly business, it’s all about people. Striving for high performance requires a profound understanding of “how we work” and continuous development of our strengths.

We, Bane Bradonic – an expert in psychology, executive coach and professional tennis trainer – and Philip Bradonjic, will draw from proven concepts as well as our own experiences to provide an overview over the basic personal skills that help you develop yourself and become highly successful in any area you wish. We will show you how to get know yourself and others better and how to apply to these insights to your maximize your own potential.  

Given its limited scope, this course will not claim to make you specialists but rather aim at raising awareness and understanding for them.

Increased self-awareness and understanding of how to use this self-awareness to achieve high performance

Teaching/learning method(s)

The course will combine various learning methods. Besides receiving theoretical input, you will be given the opportunity to apply the presented techniques directly in class and reflect on them in the form of open class discussions, interactive team work, students' presentations and role games.

Assessment

50% Participation in class 

40% In-class group presentations

10% In-class individual presentations

 

Reflection paper

· Minimum 1 page reflection of what you learned in the seminar and where you have applied it and further plan on doing so

· Not-graded,but has to be submitted in order to pass the course

· Deadline: April 8th 11pm via learn
