Das Seminar steht jedes Semester unter einem anderen Generalthema. Im Rahmen der Vorbesprechung werden aktuelle Themen aus dem Bereich des Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrechts vergeben:
Allgemeine gesellschaftsrechtliche und unternehmensrechtliche Themen
Europarechtliche Vorgaben im Gesellschaftsrecht
Regelungen in Ö
Anpassungsbedarf
Nach Abschluss der Lehrveranstaltung sind die Studierenden in der Lage:
- die Methodik fortgeschrittenen wissenschaftlichen juristischen Arbeitens eigenständig auf gesellschafts- und kapitalmarktrechtliche Fragestellungen anzuwenden.
- strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht die Ergebnisse in einem Vortrag zu präsentieren.
- aktuelle privatrechtliche Fragestellungen mit praxisrelevantem Bezug zu analysieren
Schriftliche Seminararbeit (60%), mündlicher Vortrag (30%) und Mitarbeit, insb. Diskussionsbeiträge (10%)
