Learning outcomes

- Know and understand key elements of Human Resources Management in Global Corporations


- Get to know selected practical examples of HRM policies and instruments in global FMCG companies


- Understand major current and future challenges for IHRM


Attendance requirements

Full attendance is mandatory

Teaching/learning method(s)
Based on a sound theoretical framework the focus of the course will be on today’s business practices in international FMCG companies. Active participation and extensive discussion of practical examples and cases are expected.
Assessment
- Active participation and contribution to in-depth discussion of practical examples: 50%

- Preparation and presentation of select case studies, incl. completion of individual “development plan”: 30%

- Complete presence during the course: 20%

Recommended previous knowledge and skills

Requirements:

- General understanding of HR, Organizations, and (international) Management required

- Basic practical experience helpful
