International innovation enables firms to penetrate new markets and achieve higher margins. Covering different industries, this course will deal with innovation dynamics as well as deriving and implementing innovation strategies.
Students get to know theories, concepts and methods to mange innovations in an international context and understand their relevance for practical implementation.
Students will need to attend at least 80% of the lectures to pass the course.
The course comprises lecture units, short student presentations and case studies.
