Contents
This course discusses the impact computers and information technologies are having on the substantive Austrian and European Law. It aims to deepen the knowledge and skills students have previously gained in the course "Introduction to IT-Law".
Learning outcomes

By the end of the course students will have acquired a deeper knowledge of fundamental legal principles of copyright and related rights, especially concearning normative questions in the field of social media law and software law.

Attendance in class is mandatory

The course combines elements of a lecture with active participation from the students. The relevant literature will be provided in class. Attendance is compulsory.
Assessment

- Participation in class (10%)

- Intermediate examination (15%)

- Final exam (75%)
