Other

Accompanying Project

Vienna has many different offers for their tourists. Among them are parks, tourist informations, cafes, museums, ...

However, tourist do not always make the best experience. Please step in the shoes of a tourist and be a mystery shopper to evaluate one of these offers (either on site or the website).
Own ideas are welcome.

Workflow:

  • Define your research objective.
  • Prepare an evaluation sheet. Hand it in. We will grade the evaluation sheet and provide feedback. In case you hand it in earlier, then you will get the feedback earlier.
  • Each person in your group need to evaluate two offers/websites (this means that if your group consists of five students, you need to do ten mystery checks in total).
  • Analyze the data, prepare a power-point presentation, and hand it in.
