Leadership is one of the most widely used concepts in business. Everybody talks about it, and many organisations claim to nurture their leaders’ leadership skills to enhance their personal development. That said, there is no consensus what «good» leadership is and different industries and cultures have different views on it. Quite recently, there seems to be a shift in paradigms, and concepts like « vulnarability » or « responsibility » have entered the discussion or are going to have a practical impact on business. In the course of this seminar, we are going to discuss what this means for you as potential future young leaders entering the workforce in the coming months.
We are going to use a mix of brief lectures by experienced executives and leadership experts and group work on business cases.

Attendance is a firm requirement of this seminar as many of the learning experiences take place during class and through interactions with peers.
