The seminar will be conducted by two CEMS Alumni - Orsolya Wintsche and Bettina Hintner.

The topic is: Brand Essentials and Game Changing Strategies

There will be three sessions:

·     11th May, 15:00 Presentation of the problem and briefing for the groupwork

·     12th May, 15:00 Groupwork, Q&A session 

      14th May, 15:00 Final presentation and feedback 

Learning outcomes

Improvement of participants' soft skills in the area of marketing.

What is behind a successful brand and how to build a strong brand equity?

What are the rules of the game in the different markets and how can you challenge and re-invent these rules?

During the Skill seminar we will look at a set of game changing strategies and also bring examples for each one.

In the next step you will receive a briefing for a Case Study where you can work out in groups one or more of these game changing strategies on an actual Henkel business situation.

Attendance requirements

Full attendance of all three sessions of this seminar is mandatory. Students who miss a seminar without explanation in advance will get "no-show" in CEMS database.
