Das Seminar steht jedes Semester unter einem anderen Generalthema, diesmal "Unternehmensrechtliche Fragen des Regierungsprogramms". Die Seminararbeitsthemen werden in der Vorbesprechung vergeben.
Nach Abschluss der Lehrveranstaltung sind die Studierenden in der Lage:
- die Methodik fortgeschrittenen wissenschaftlichen juristischen Arbeitens eigenständig auf gesellschafts- und kapitalmarktrechtliche Fragestellungen anzuwenden.
- strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht die Ergebnisse in einem Vortrag zu präsentieren.
- aktuelle privatrechtliche Fragestellungen mit praxisrelevantem Bezug zu analysieren
Schriftliche Seminararbeit (60%), mündlicher Vortrag (30%) und Mitarbeit, insb. Diskussionsbeiträge (10%)
