Inhalte der LV

People are beset by a myriad of choices in life — which career should I choose? What am I passionate about? What lifestyle do I want to create? What relationships do I want to build in my life… and with whom? In order to be effective, happy contributors to the global community, each person needs to design a vision of what a fulfilling life means to him or her, and make life choices accordingly. However, many people don’t consciously design their lives, but instead follow a default path based on what they think they should be doing, or on what they think is or isn’t possible.

This seminar is about developing a perspective towards life that will help your attitudes and actions become more aligned with your ultimate definition of an extraordinary life.

Lernergebnisse (Learning Outcomes)

You will learn the power of being the author of your life distinct from being a passive recipient of your experiences. We will examine what it means (and what it takes) to succeed in a variety of life domains, including money, health, career, relationships, and physical fitness as well as learning and personal growth.

You will be introduced to a step-by-step approach to designing a vision, identifying obstacles and taking actions in areas you care about.

Ultimately, we want you to gain insight into who you are, what you want most, and how you might inadvertently and unwittingly get in your own way. We want you to learn how to confront the most vexing issues in your life, learn from them, and eventually transform your relationship to them. And we want to make sure that you have fun doing it.

Regelung zur Anwesenheit

Attendance of whole seminar is mandatory. Students who miss a seminar without explanation in advance will get "no-Show" in CEMS database.
