This class discusses strategic aspects of IT, starting with digital transformation, the value of IT for the business, and the alignment between business and IT. It then looks into the technological shift that is taking place: what the future mode of operation will look like, how businesses transform their IT services for competitive advantage,  and some disruptive technologies that transform traditional IT. With this knowledge students will be able to participate in strategic IT decisions for businesses.
