This class is a real-life business project. Together with a selected partner firm (one of the leading Austrian media/publishing market players), students will identify topics and trends of strategic importance to this firm and present them to its management. Specifically, the project will focus on digital transformation and business model innovation of the partner firm.
This part of the project includes work on recommendations and implementation suggestions for the partner firm.
