Contents

The course is designed to allow students study a research topic within the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management. Topics are generally part of own doctoral project but students are also encouraged to study other relevant topics in order to broaden their view on the field.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course students will be able to

  • define a research project with a clear scope and outline a clear project plan
  • present their projects to address a heterogeneous group of audience
  • discuss presentations of other participants; critically evaluate and give feedback about the structure of the presentations and the content
  • write-up a short paper in the form of a pre-print
Attendance requirements

Attendance in at least 80% of the sessions is mandatory.

Three presentations (20 points each)

Peer discussion (20 points)
