Contents

This course focuses on the theoretical discussion and practical application of change management methods and tools. Students will analyze examples of change processes and conduct their own change project. (Survey) methods are trained and the usefulness for their application in change projects will be demonstrated.

In this course, students also acquire basic knowledge in qualitative and empirical research. 

Learning outcomes

Making use of a diverse didactic methods, including analysis and discussion of example studies, implementation of small pilot studies, group work with peer feedback, etc., a wide variety of learning experiences will be provided.

Attendance requirements

Attendance is compulsory in this course. Compulsory attendance is met when students are present at least 80% of the time. In case of absence, please inform the course instructor. 

Teaching/learning method(s)

Through learning experiences in groups of various sizes, supplemented by individual reflections, students expand their change management skills in several dimensions.
