Crack the case

Business cases are the most common form of reviewing a candidate’s skills and capabilities in job interviews. Applicants must be able to quickly analyse and assess a company’s problem and come up with sound solutions. For many students case studies are considered as one of the biggest challenges when it comes to applying for a job. But they don’t have to be!

How do you approach a case study correctly? How can you solve a case quickly and efficiently? These and other questions will be answered in the Crack the Case seminar offered to CEMS students by zeb.

In this seminar, you will learn how

- to solve business cases faster and more efficiently

- to deal with case questions in industries that you have no prior knowledge of

- to use tools that will help you ace your next case interview.

We will introduce you to different case examples and provide you with practical tips and tricks that prepare you for case interviews.

Attendance of whole seminar is mandatory. Students who miss a seminar without explanation in advance will get "no-Show" in CEMS database.

The seminar is split into three parts. You will first deal with a case study and present your results. In the second part, we will introduce you to some practical tools to master a case. In the last part, you can test your acquired knowledge with another case.
