The course focuses on the internationalization process in companies. Starting with direct investments, through its financing process, to modern management of international companies. This results in the following contents:
- Introduction, goals, definitions
- Foreign direct investments
- Traditional financing in an international environment
- Modern financing through innovative financing instruments
- Private Equity, Venture Capital
- Evaluation and comparison methods
- Traditional methods of managing international investment and investment abroad
- Value-oriented methods for managing international foreign investment and investments
- Final exam
Students will...
- have a fundamental understanding of financing companies in an international environment
- learn to apply modern instruments of managing international foreign investment
- know how to design instruments and processes in modern international companies
- improve their presentation skills
Based on our experience, presence in all course units significantly helps to achieve good grades, so students must be present for all synchronous course sessions and complete asynchronous sessions according to schedule.
Absent students will be automatically de-registered from the course!
