Learning outcomes

The course is designed to set the participants in the state of understanding and applying techniques and methods of:

  • process identification
  • process modeling with BPMN
  • process discovery
  • process analysis
  • process redesign based transactional and transformational improvement methods
  • process automation with business process management systems
  • process intelligence and process mining

Furthermore, students get familiar with the recent research discussions in this field.

Attendance requirements

Pursuant to the general guidelines issued by the Vice-Rector for Academic Programs and Student Affairs, the attendance requirement is met if a student is present at least 80% of the time.
