Content:
• Basics of nine value levels based on Spiral Dynamcis
• Impact of values on brand identity and content
• Influence of consciousness, mindset and beliefs on perception
• Students value level
• Self-Leadership
After completing this course, the students
• experienced and applied how values, mindset and beliefs influence thoughts, emotions
and behavior
• worked with the nine levels of values in marketing and applied the findings in different
marketing projects
• understand their own value level and impact on team members
• understand group dynamics and self-leadership
100% attendance is required (if the course or parts of it take place online, attendance is checked through camera on, it is obligatory during whole online time)
The design of the course is adapted to the current situation with Corona virus. It might be changed to 100% online mode.
25%: Active participation in (online) class (either team or individual evaluation)
25%: Home works - individual evaluation
50%: Written team assignment with deadline (team evaluation)
