Contents

With this skill seminar hosted by Henkel, you will gain experience in setting up go-to-markets strategy for e-comm and learn about commercial and digital marketing aspects to consider in setting up e-commerce channel distribution. You will understand what are elements driving eCommerce sales, what are different operational models and what are key touchpoints influencing digital shopper journey.

Learning outcomes

The skills you acquire will cover commercial aspects of consumer brands industry in digital channels, like setting up pricing and assortment strategy, understanding commercial models, as well as digital marketing aspects, including campaigns and brand building.

Attendance requirements

Full attendance of this seminar is mandatory. Students who miss a seminar without explanation in advance will get "no-show" in CEMS database.

Teaching/learning method(s)

Skill seminars help CEMS studens to improve their practical skills under supervision of a lecturer from the corporate sphere.

Assessment

- 30% active participation during the workshop

- 30% input and contribution

- 40% collaboration in group works
