What is diversity, equity and inclusion?

How does it apply in the context of international business?
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- critically discuss and evaluate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- apply DEI concepts in the context of international business
- systematically think through complex topics
As this is a highly interactive class, it is important that you are well prepared and present for all sessions! You may miss max. 2 sessions, but be aware that class participation makes up a considerable stake of your final grade and, therefore, an absence will affect your grading. If you miss more than 2 sessions, you will be deregistered from the course.
