Contents

International Business Taxation, with a focus on transfer pricing. Discussion on the different approaches to research on transfer pricing, from a legal, an economic, and a business perspective.

Learning outcomes

The course is part of the Research Program for the PhD in International Business Taxation (DIBT). The course is designed to provide an understanding for the multi- and interdisciplinary approach to international taxation, in line with the DIBT´s objectives.

Attendance requirements

Attendance of the whole course is mandatory

Teaching/learning method(s)

Paper reading and discussion.

Assessment

Active participation (33%), presentation (33%) , paper summaries (34%).

This course is open to DIBT students only.
