After the course, students will be able to

- explain importance of BPM

- design process architecture

- model processes

- analyze processes

- propose redesigns of a process

- specify process implementation

- utilize process mining

- explain BPM maturity

General rules of VUEs apply. Therefore, the guideline value for student attendance is 70%. 

The course is designed as a lecture. Students have to read the textbook and prepare exercises for the subsequent class. There are intermediate exams to control learning progress.

First intermediate test: 25%

Project work: 30%

Final test: 45%
