The following project management methods (together in one project handbook) have to be uploaded on Learn@WU, by using the taught IT tools: (including interpretations if useful): context description, project assignment, plan of objects of consideration, work breakdown structure, bar chart and project stakeholder graphic (including the analysis)
Requirements regarding the project handbook: use of selected templates of the standard project handbook (see Learn@WU), use of a different project than in other PM lectures, upload one final document (in .pdf), details see provided slides.

  •  Quick online test

At the end of the last day all participating students have to perform an online "Quick Test". The "Quick Test" consists of 20 Single-Choice Questions about the content of the lecture. Of the 4 answers one is correct. Answer each question by marking – according to your opinion - the correct answer (15 minutes time). This test must be positive in order to pass the course. If not, the student must write a compensation work.
