In this course we work on theories and research methods suitable for PHd research in Project Management, Project-oriented Management and related fields.
Theories cover Social System Theory, Radical Constructivism, Case study Approach
The theories and research methods are presented according to the needs of the Group. Each Student will present his or her research and reflect with the other students and with the instructor.
The course is held in English.
The students can present in English or German.
Selected theories such as social system theory as well as radical constructivsm have been reflected
Research of PhD students presented, clarfied and further developed
Exchange of experience and knowledge organized
We apply presentations and demonstrations by the lecturer and the students.
- Presentation (25%)
- Contribution to reflections (25%)
- Assignment; topic is related to own research (50%)
