Learning outcomes

After attending this course students will be familiar with the risks and exposures of assets not being contained; students will know what asset protective measure and vehicles are available in Austria and Liechtenstein; students will be familiar with corporate governance mechanism to increase level of asset protection.

Attendance requirements

Minimum attendance is 80%.

Collective preparation of the material with active participation of the students through questions and discussions.

Assessment

Participation in class (40%), presentation (30%), written exam (30%)
