Learning outcomes

The students will be able to: 

  • understand and critically evaluate key concepts of organizational crisis communication
  • define and evaluate various perspectives of organizational communicators 
  • identify challenges of organizational communication in times of crisis and change
Attendance requirements

Attendance is a requirement to pass the course. As a special concession, you may miss up to 1 meeting (double session).
